Each of our support contracts are tailored specifically to your needs so you are never paying any more than you have to. A consultant will visit and speak with you about your business, the future direction of your it requirements and put forward a recommendation based specifically on your needs.
There will always be a sole contact for your it requirements. Upon inception of a new contract the consultant assigned to your account will be your first point of contact. However if there is ever any sickness or holiday, you will not be waiting around as there are other consultants that will be versed with your business requirements to offer backup.
